Ladies and Gentlemen, Patrick Brown!

January 15th, 2009

patrick2.jpgHow glorious is the Lord!  How wonderful is my wife!  How amazing is my new born son!  After a couple of hours of very intense labor, Patrick Reuben Brown entered the world, spent a moment looking rather stunned (and fair enough) and then let out perhaps the only scream parents yearn for and love.

Vital stats:  Born 15th of January, 9lbs 6 or 4.255kgs.  Everything in order and accounted for.

patrick.jpg The blessing of Christ
comes to your home in this little child
We bless you and pray
Peace of the Son of Peace fill heart and hearth
Now and each hour.
Grow gently little Patrick
Christ be near you
Now and each
Day of your Life
In the Name of
God the Father Almighty
Jesus Christ His Son,
The Blessed Holy Spirit
The Sacred Three in One
Amen
.

To God be the glory! It is such an awesome thing to watch a child enter this world and know that you were an instrument in that process… a life that never ends! That always rocks my world.

I love your blogs and your family. I pray that you’ve “been fruitful and multiplied;” I mean, just having two kids and replacing you and your bride, two wonderful servants of God, just seems criminal. You all need to produce an army! LOL!

May God’s blessings rest on Patrick Reuben as he discovers an even closer relationship with the Father that his parents have; we all want that for our children.

    Soli Deo Gloria,

    Kevin
